Yoga For Golfers

I am delighted to announce that we will be commencing a Yoga For golfers course on Monday 5th February in the clubhouse. The course will run for six consecutive weeks and take place at 7-8pm every Monday night. Michelle Lawless is a certified instructor and she will be running the classes. I will be in attendance myself and I am a TPI (Titleist Performance institute) certified instructor and will be showing you all some golf related stretches each night towards the end of each session.
The cost of each class is €15 each and depending on numbers a discount maybe possible when you sign up for the 6 classes. This is very much a fun evening where you dress in a tracksuit and runners (or some loose comfy clothing!). You simply come along no matter what age shape or size you are and our very friendly instructor Michelle will provide a yoga mat for everyone and will show you some  stretches that will really help you loosen up and will ultimately help with your golf swing.
